David Woodcook would like to dispose of his home in Northside. He has a comfortable house, barn and outbuilding and about an acre of good land. He thinks somewhat of going to Washington State to live with his son, Walter, whose wife died last fall.

Death has removed another family figure from our streets. David Woodcook died at the home of his son, George Woodcook at five on Sat. morning. He has been critically ill for several days. Funeral services at his home on Sun. afternoon were conducted by Rev. H. Hugo. Burial at Union Cemetery. Mr. Woodcook was born in Stumpton, Ohio Oct 3, 1851 and was the son of James and Sarah Woodcook. He married Amanda C. Barnett May 8, 1868. He moved to this vicinity from Oklahoma 23 years ago. He belonged to the Christian Church at Pryor's Creek, Ok. He leaves two son, Walter of Eatonville, Wash and George; seven grandchildren and 3 gr. grandchildren. Three children are dead.
